Trunk or Treat Pop Up

Entry fee

Entry Fee: $20 per vehicle.

In order to participate in this event, you must decorate your trunk and/or wear a costume. You must provide a pre-packaged treat or toy to distribute to trick or treaters. You will be allowed to sell your products as well to adults. Instructions will be sent the via email.

Must accompany a vendor ticket. Does not permit access to activities, meals, or drinks. Only 1 helper ticket allowed per vendor.

Terms and Conditions

Please read and accept the following terms and conditions.

  • Vendor fees must be paid within 48 hours of approval. Invoices will be sent via Paypal and vendor is responsible for Paypal fees.
  • All vendors MUST be on time for set-up. If you arrive after the event has started you will NOT be allowed to set-up and will forfeit all vendor fees.
  • All vendors MUST remain set-up for the duration of the event. If vendor leaves before the event is over vendor will no longer be allowed to participate in future events.
  • 6-foot or 8-foot table and 2 chairs will be provided and vendor must supply their own tablecloth and extension cords. Black tablecloths are available for rent for an additional fee. Additional tables and racks can be used that fit within your assigned area.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Only ONE business per table. All vendors must be approved to participate. If you are sharing a table with an unapproved vendor you will no longer be able to participate in future events.
  • Only ONE direct sales consultant per company allowed to vend per event.
  • Helper must pay admission fee unless otherwise noted. This applies to all vendors.
  • THE ULTIMATE LADIES NIGHT is not responsible for vendor sales.
  • THE ULTIMATE LADIES NIGHT has the right to refuse any application.
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable or non-transferable unless event is cancelled by THE ULTIMATE LADIES NIGHT.
  • Vendors that cancel without notice will no longer be allowed to participate in future events.
  • Vendors are responsible for clean up of their space.
  • Vendors will be photographed during the event. All photos will be used for advertising and promotional purposes.
  • Cell phones usage should ONLY be limited to social media promotion, photos and payments.
  • All vendors will be listed on THE ULTIMATE LADIES NIGHT website and social media platforms.
